The EDGE TOL-TS80 is designed to unload train wagons safely and efficiently whilst making vast improvements on production rates and reducing cycle times. With the ability to operate in the harshest of environments, the TOL-TS80 offers operators’ reliability and consistent throughput at the specified performance indicated through extended working periods.

By incorporating the flexibility and maneuverability of our track stockpiler series with a unique innovative design; the train off loader minimises operators need to double handle material and vastly improves turnaround times. The EDGE TOL-TS80 provides huge flexibility by enabling operators the capacity to stockpile material as a conventional track stockpiler, to receive loads directly from train vessels or alternatively; load train wagons utilising its hydraulic fold down head section.

With the introduction of the extended feed boot designed, the EDGE train off-loader fits perfectly under the freight car and allows for the direct unloading of freight cars with bottom dump doors. Train wagon unloading has never been as simple or time efficient.
